School is out, the kids are home, and you need some activities. If you are already counting down the days until school starts again, add some fun to your summer by attending a few of these summer events in Sandwich.

  • Lions Club Cruise Night and Food Trucks. On Friday, June 15, head downtown with your family to see some spectacular cars, trucks, and motorcycles and enjoy a delicious dinner from your favorite food trucks. The rally starts at 4 p.m.
  • Music in the Park Concert. Through the summer, your family can enjoy free concerts at Veteran’s Park. The concerts are held on Wednesday nights. On June 20, the featured band is Vicarious.
  • Sandwich Early Day Engine Club Show. If you have any young kids who love tractors and other farm equipment, be sure to head to the Early Day Engine Club Show on June 23. It will be held at the Sandwich Fairgrounds. Kids age 12 and under get in free.
  • Sandwich Freedom Days. On June 30 and July 1, celebrate America’s independence with a parade, festival, and fireworks throughout the town of Sandwich.
  • Sandwich Fair. To celebrate the end of summer, visit the annual Sandwich Fair from September 5 -9. This fun-filled event will feature carnival rides, games, and your favorite deep-fried foods.
